Our firm is based in Phoenix, Arizona and our firm’s principal is a nationally recognized insurance professional with almost four decades of agent/broker experience.  Our principal possesses expertise in both commercial and personal lines.

His insurance agency experience includes captive and independent agent firms. In addition to serving as adjunct faculty with a community college, he is a member of the national faculty for the nation’s largest insurance educational provider, and instructs insurance agents and brokers throughout the United States on technical coverage issues as well as insurance agency “Best Practices” and professional liability loss prevention.

He is employed by the nation’s largest not-for-profit insurance agent’s association and spends time in insurance agencies of varying sizes in rural and metro areas observing current agency and producer procedures. He interacts with agencies on a daily basis.

He has served on numerous national committees and boards and is recognized for his strong expertise in coverage technical aspects and operations of property and casualty insurance agencies.

With three decades of specialization in insurance agent/broker professional liability (Errors and Omissions) coverages he is actively involved in monitoring insurance producer claim activity to keep abreast of industry trends regarding insurance agent/broker liability issues.

In addition to insurance education and agent association activities our principal is extremely active in regulatory issues and is a registered lobbyist with decades of hands on experience with State regulators and the legislative process.

He has been qualified and testified in State and Federal Courts.
